Refund Policy

No Refunds

All payments made to ClearRound.ai are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or transferred.

This applies to all plans, including weekly subscriptions and any promotional or early bird pricing.

Why No Refunds?

ClearRound.ai is a digital service that delivers AI-generated content instantly — mock interview questions, resume optimizations, cover letters, and real-time copilot sessions. Once these outputs are generated, they cannot be “returned.” The value is delivered the moment you use the feature.

To protect yourself:

  • Try before you pay. Our free tier lets you experience the product before subscribing.
  • Cancel anytime. You are never locked in. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want.
  • Weekly billing. Your maximum exposure is 199. We don't charge monthly or annually — so there's no large amount at risk.

Cancellation

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain full access to premium features until your current week expires.
  • After expiry, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data is preserved.
  • You can resubscribe at any time.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
  • Payment processing error: If a payment was processed after you had already cancelled your subscription, we will refund the incorrect charge.

These are the only exceptions. No other refund requests will be considered.

How to Report a Billing Issue

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate or post-cancellation), email us at clearroundai@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • Screenshot of the transaction (optional but helpful)

We will investigate and respond within 48 hours. Eligible refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
