Refund & Cancellation Policy

One plan, bought for a fixed period, paid once through Razorpay:

• Weekly pass — ₹499 for one week (7 days)
• Monthly pass — ₹1,249 for one month (30 days)

The pass starts when your payment succeeds and ends when its period is over. It does not renew. No mandate is created and no further charge is made unless you buy another pass.

There is nothing to cancel: a pass is a one-time purchase that ends on its own. When it ends, your account returns to the free account, which keeps the structural ATS check, the question generator, the salary calculators and the negotiation scripts.

A pass is a one-time purchase and is not refundable. You can try the product before you pay: every account gets one free mock interview of three questions, scored, with a model answer on your weakest answer.

Once the payment succeeds, the pass is yours for its whole period, and we do not refund it, in whole or for unused days. The exception is in section 4.

A pass is not refunded for unused days. We will, however, refund a duplicate charge or a billing error on our side: write to us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction details.

The free account costs nothing and involves no charges or refunds.

If you hold one of the earlier auto-renewing weekly plans, it keeps running on the terms you accepted. Cancel it at any time from your account settings: no further charge is made after the current week, and you keep access until that week ends. Charges already made on those plans are not refundable, except as section 4 describes.

We may change prices prospectively. A change is announced and never affects a pass you have already paid for.
