Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to ClearRound.ai (the "Service"), operated as a sole proprietorship based in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("ClearRound", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Plans

ClearRound offers a free tier and the following paid plans, billed weekly through our payment processor, Razorpay:

  • Pro199 per week
  • Pro Max499 per week

By subscribing, you authorize a recurring weekly charge until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • No further charges will be made after the end of your current billing week.
  • You keep access to your paid features until the end of the week you have already paid for.
  • Your subscription then ends, and your account reverts to the free tier.

Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not retroactively refund a week already billed.

3. Refunds

Because our plans are low-cost, weekly subscriptions that you can cancel at any time:

  • We do not provide refunds for the current active week or for any partial or unused portion of a week.
  • We do not provide refunds for past weeks.
  • There is no automatic charge after you cancel, so you can stop billing before your next week begins.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in limited circumstances, such as a duplicate charge or a proven billing error on our side. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@clearround.ai with your account email and the transaction details, and we will investigate.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within the timelines applicable to that payment method.

5. Free Tier

The free tier is provided at no cost and involves no charges or refunds.

6. Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription pricing prospectively. Any change will be communicated and will not affect a week for which you have already been charged.
