ClearRound.ai is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that helps users prepare for job interviews. Our services include mock interviews, real-time interview assistance, resume optimization, cover letter generation, company research, and related career tools.

ClearRound.ai is an interview preparation and assistance tool, designed for personal interview preparation and unproctored interview settings only.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Each person may register only one account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

• Free tier: Limited access to core features at no cost.
• Premium: ₹199/week, billed weekly via Razorpay. Auto-renews until cancelled.
• Payment methods: UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 14 days notice before any price changes. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. Always review before using.
• ATS scores are directional indicators, not exact measurements used by employers.
• Mock interview scores reflect AI evaluation, not actual interview performance.
• We do not guarantee job offers, interview success, or salary outcomes.
• Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before use.

You agree not to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading resumes, credentials, or work history.
• Use the platform to gain unfair advantage in proctored assessments or examinations.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the platform.
• Share your account with others or resell access.
• Upload malicious files, spam, or harmful content.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

• Your content: You retain ownership of all resumes, documents, and text you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI systems.
• AI-generated output: Content generated by our AI (optimized resumes, cover letters, interview answers) is freely usable by you without restriction.
• Platform IP: The ClearRound.ai platform, brand, design, code, and proprietary algorithms are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ClearRound.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

• By you: You may delete your account at any time from settings. All personal data will be erased within 30 days.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose security risks. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
